1-World Giant Inflatables Ground shipping rates are charged at a base rate of $6.95, plus $1.00 per pound.

RETURNS: 

If an item is received damaged or defective, our customer service department must be notified within 10 days of delivery.  We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items.  We will not consider a replacement or return for damage or defect reported beyond 10 days after delivery.  Custom items are not returnable, unless received damaged or defective.  Stock items (non-custom) may be returned in new and unused condition within 30 days of delivery.  A Return Authorization Number must be issued by our customer service department before your return will be processed.  Refunds will only be applied to the original customer's account used for the original purchase.  Re-stock charges of 15% may apply.  Unauthorized returns will be refused.  Please call (877)884-2402 to request return authorization.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please call (877)884-2402 to arrange a cancellation. While we will attempt to halt the processing of your order, orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Customized orders cannot be cancelled.
